Q. What unit sizes are available?
We offer unites from 10x10 up to 10x30.
Q. What if I need more space?
Tenant can move to a larger unit if available. This is common.
Q. Do I provide my own lock?
Yes. We do have locks available for purchase if needed.
Q. How do I pay my bill?
Cash, Check, ACH (Direct Debit), Credit Card

Q. When is rent due?
Rent is due on the first of the month. Late penalties will result if late.
Q. How long is contract?
Units are rented on a month by month basis. No long term contracts.
Q. What if I want to prepay for a full 6 months or year?
You can certainly do that. Discounts are available for prepayment.
